Had my 39 week appointment today, and as you can probably guess by the Title line, I am 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced! 🙂 Yay, since I haven’t had contractions at all that I can positively say are contractions, I expected to be told that I wasn’t dilated at all. So though I know this means very little and I could be sitting here at 41 weeks still 2 cm dilated, it is progress and I find that exciting. 😀

Thought I would share with you all a last belly photo or two; don’t know how many more of these I’m gonna have. So here is me at 39w2d (today):

And here is the nursery. It is about 95% complete. Keith needs to finish the trim, and I need to make the curtains and hang a couple more things on the wall, but I wanted to get these pictures up for now. So, first we have the curtain fabric. Then two pics of the nursery, then a quilt that Aunt Brenda made that I am using as a wall hanging and then a growth / height chart a friend made. Enjoy!
